I am a landlady. Being a foreigner I dom not know the procedures here and Monte Mar not only treated me with integrity and professionally. I was treated with respect. They could have easily, like many others, taken advantage of my naive state. Instead they rallied to protect my rights. I will never forget them and I will always use them for anything I need, not just in renting out my chalet to them, but any time I do anything big in Egypt I will ask for their services in helping me sell or buy or rent out or even when I go on a vacation myself. The engineer, Sara is completely thorough checking under every single tile and every corner to ensure the integrity of the building.
